Medical science and it’s practice is a noble profession! Attitude of service is a core to become a better physician. But, as it is an applied science, the ayurveda doctors are challenged everyday to prove the therapeutic value of their science. There are many bright, hard working students take admission to B.A.M.S. course nationwide to become a good healer.
Unfortunately, due to many adverse conditions, these students are deprived of leraning the true essence of Ayurveda. The syllabus approved for them has a good weightage for modern medical science also. To study two gigantic medical sciences together is very difficult. So, what frustrates these students is their inability to learn and master any one of these sciences. They are primarily supposed to practice ayurveda, which for many reasons, they can’t.
